1. 20-High Sendzimir Mills: Equipped with advanced AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) systems and ABB control architecture, our Sendzimir mills process ultra-thin, high-hardness strips with thickness tolerances reaching ±0.002 mm.

●Processing Range: Thickness 0.02–1.0 mm, Width 250–450 mm.

●Typical Grades: 4J36 Invar alloy, AISI 301 (EN 1.4310), AISI 631 (PH 15-7Mo), 6Cr13, and high-carbon spring steels.


2. Full-Hydrogen Bell-Type Annealing Furnaces (BAF): Utilizing 99.999% high-purity hydrogen atmosphere protection, our advanced annealing lines ensure superior surface quality, zero oxidation, and homogeneous mechanical properties.

●Performance Metric: For medium-to-high carbon steels and alloy steels, we guarantee a spheroidization rate of ≥95% and intergranular oxidation/surface decarburization of <5 µm.


3. Precision Tension Levelers & Slitting Lines: Utilizing multi-roll tension leveling and high-precision disc slitting with hydraulic locknuts, we control strip flatness and eliminate camber (edge bow to ≤0.3 mm/m), delivering burr-free edges and exact width tolerances (±0.05 mm).

1. Carbon & Alloy Steels (Precision Strip & Spring Steel)

Designed for high-stress automotive components (clutch diaphragm springs, transmission synchronizer rings, timing chains) and industrial cutting tools.

SAE 1065 / DIN 1.1228 (High-Carbon Spring Steel):


●Chemical Composition: Carbon (C) 0.60–0.70%, Manganese (Mn) 0.60–0.90%.

●Microstructure: Spheroidized annealed structure with a spheroidization rate of ≥90–95% to ensure exceptional formability and post-quenching toughness.


42CrMo4 / AISI 4140 (Alloy Structural Steel):

●Chemical Composition: Carbon (C) 0.38–0.45%, Chromium (Cr) 0.90–1.20%, Molybdenum (Mo) 0.15–0.25%.

●Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength (Rm) up to min. 590 MPa (annealed/soft state), optimized for high-load structural parts and gear components.


2. Precision Stainless Steels

Engineered for electronics, medical devices, chemical processing, and aerospace structural parts.

●AISI 301 / EN 1.4310 (Extra-High Strength Stainless Steel):Chemical Composition: Carbon (C) ≤0.15%, Chromium (Cr) 16.00–18.00%, Nickel (Ni) 6.00–8.00%.

●Hardness & Strength: Available in rolling tempers from Annealed (HV≤218) up to EH/SHE tempers with tensile strength (Rm) reaching ≥1740 MPa and hardness >530 HV.


AISI 304 / EN 1.4301 & AISI 316L / EN 1.4404: Supplied with tight thickness tolerances down to ±0.01 mm and ultra-clean surfaces for deep drawing and corrosion-resistant applications.
