Job responsibilities:
1.Site supervision on cold & hot process commission of hot & cold flat & long production.
2.On site supervision including collaborate with automation for line sequence control, process parameter setting, checking and improving, production achievement and troubleshooting.
3.Maintaining International Safety standards / Knowledge & information of diversity of activity onsite and In house and prevention in advance. Normal Safety training and Knowledge of equipment.
4.All the work is need to be documented and conformance to requirement as per international quality standards and and Local Government rules.
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree of Rolling Process Major.
2.Skilled in Auto CAD, MS office. Fluent oral and writing English.
3.Readiness to undertake long-term business trips worldwide. Good organization and negotiating skills as well as assertiveness.
4.Teamwork oriented and good cooperation with other Dept.
5.Five or above yeas working experience on rolling or relevant work. experience in metallurgical factory would be an asset.
6.Good experience on plate rolling & commissioning or long production rolling & commissioning.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the development and design of electrical software for mid-to-high-end CNC machine tools (PLC, CNC system development);
2.Priority will be given to those with secondary development capabilities for CNC systems;
3.Electrical hardware selection and BOM table output;
4.Responsible for machine tool function development and system debugging and optimization;
5.Responsible for writing construction plans for electrical manuals related to machine tools and supervising the implementation of the plans;
6.Responsible for reviewing the output of circuit diagrams (proficient in using CAD and EPLAN software);
7.Assist in solving machine tool production and after-sales failure problems;
8.Cultivate electrical technicians and electronic control workers to improve their skills;
9.Implement the company’s safety production management system, quality management system and other rules and regulations;
10.Carry out other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1.Electronic and electrical related major, bachelor degree or above;
2.Have an electrician’s employment certificate;
3.Familiar with machine tool electrical wiring and control cabinet design;
4.Have been engaged in relevant work in a CNC machine tool company for more than 8 years, and have outstanding workers with the ability to engage in electrical design of CNC machine tools;
5.Proficient in the development and design of SIEMENS and FANUC CNC systems;
6.Proficient in PLC logic control principles of CNC systems and complete machine development and programming;
7.Familiar with mechanical structure and principle control;
8.Have good problem analysis and solving skills;
9.Have good coordination skills;
10.Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.
