Impact toughness: ≥54 J (room temperature)
Hardness: HRC 28~35 (after quenching and tempering)

Processing Guidelines:
Forging: Start at 1100°C, finish at ≥850°C
Heat treatment: Recommended quenching at 880±10°C (oil cooling), tempering at 540~650°C
Machining: Carbide tools preferred, medium-low cutting speeds
Welding: Preheat at 150~250°C, low-hydrogen electrodes recommended
Hot Working Parameters
Forging temperature range: 1100~850°C
Hot rolling temperature range: 1050~850°C
Annealing temperature: 680~720°C
Normalizing temperature: 890~920°C
Quenching soaking time: 1.5 h/25mm section thickness
Tempering soaking time: 2 h/25mm section thickness
