Recently, our company welcomed an important client from Spain. As a well-known European motor manufacturer that supplies new energy drive motors to multiple automotive companies, this client maintains exceptionally high requirements for the electromagnetic performance and quality stability of electrical steel products. After learning about our product advantages in high-grade non-oriented electrical steel at an industry exhibition, the client proactively contacted us to inquire about the specific parameters and supply capacity of our 35W300 electrical steel.

During initial communications, the client focused particularly on key technical indicators of the 35W300 product including iron loss values, magnetic induction intensity, thickness tolerances, and surface coating. Our international trade team responded promptly by providing complete product technical parameter sheets, Baowu Steel Group's quality certification, EN 10106 standard test reports, along with our successful case studies of exports to Europe - all of which earned preliminary recognition from the client.

After detailed technical discussions, the client clearly expressed intention to purchase 80 tons of 35W300 non-oriented electrical steel, specifying product thickness of 0.35mm, width of 1000mm, coil weights controlled at 5-6 tons, and compliance with EU RoHS environmental directives. We developed a specialized production plan according to the client's requirements and conducted thorough communication regarding packaging, transportation methods, payment terms and other details. After receiving all necessary information, the client successfully signed the procurement contract this month.

In the upcoming production process, we will strictly implement our quality management system to ensure every coil meets the client's electromagnetic performance requirements. For logistics, we will employ specialized moisture-proof and anti-rust packaging with steel edge protectors and wooden pallets for reinforcement, while assigning dedicated personnel to supervise the entire loading and shipping process to guarantee transportation safety.
