Announcement of Price Adjustment for Baosteel Group's Domestic Sheet Products in August 2022 (excluding taxes unless otherwise specified):

1. Thick Plates: The base price will be reduced by 200 RMB/ton.

2. Hot Rolled Sheets: The base price will be reduced by 200 RMB/ton.

3. Pickling: The base price will be reduced by 200 RMB/ton.

4. Cold Rolled Sheets: The base price will be reduced by 200 RMB/ton.

5. Hot-Dip Galvanized, Low-Aluminum Zinc Aluminum Magnesium: The base price will be reduced by 100 RMB/ton.

6. Hot-Dip Aluminum-Silicon: The base price for hot-formed steel will be increased by 300 RMB/ton, and other base prices remain unchanged.

7. Electro-Galvanized: The base price for household appliance steel will be reduced by 200 RMB/ton, and for automotive steel with DQ-grade and above, it will be reduced by 200 RMB/ton, while other base prices remain unchanged.

8. Aluminum-Zinc Coated: The base price will be reduced by 100 RMB/ton.

9. High-Aluminum Zinc Aluminum Magnesium, Medium-Aluminum Zinc Aluminum Magnesium: The base price will be reduced by 100 RMB/ton.

10. Color Coated: The base price will be reduced by 100 RMB/ton.

11. Non-Oriented Silicon Steel: The base price for medium and low grades, as well as high-efficiency high grades with continuous rolling direction, will be reduced by 200 RMB/ton, while other base prices remain unchanged.

12. Oriented Silicon Steel: The base price remains unchanged.

14. The above price adjustments will take effect from the date of announcement.
