As a supplier to a renowned European automotive group, this client has long been providing critical structural components for multiple premium automobile brands.

During preliminary discussions, the client placed particular emphasis on material performance stability under extreme climatic conditions. In response, our technical team provided comprehensive material test data, including mechanical property curves across a temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, along with specialized salt spray corrosion test reports tailored to European market requirements. After six weeks of technical evaluation and sample testing, the client expressed high satisfaction with our product performance.

The initial order involves 90 tons of JSC440W cold-rolled steel coils, with specifications of 1.8mm×1500mm, meeting the highest precision grade under German DIN 10139 standards. To ensure product quality, we implemented multiple stringent measures:

For quality control, we employed advanced spectroscopic analysis technology for precise composition testing of each furnace's molten steel and introduced a digital quality tracking system to achieve full-process data traceability from steelmaking to rolling. Additionally, in response to the client's environmental requirements, we specially adopted new biodegradable anti-rust packaging materials.

Currently, the batch has completed production and entered final quality inspection phase, with expected arrival at the client's Stuttgart facility by mid-August.
