During initial communications, the client focused particularly on detailed specifications of ST16 steel coils, including yield strength, elongation properties, dimensional accuracy, oiling process, and steel mill background. Subsequently, the client expressed clear purchase intent for 120 tons of ST16 high-strength cold-rolled steel coils, specifying requirements for 1.2mm thickness, 1250mm width, and compliance with local automotive industry processing standards. Based on these requirements, we developed detailed production and delivery plans, thoroughly discussing delivery schedules, packaging methods, rust prevention measures, and payment terms, ultimately leading to successful contract signing.
During production, we implemented strict quality control procedures to ensure every steel coil met the client's performance standards. For shipment, we used moisture-proof and anti-rust packaging with reinforced steel strapping, while assigning dedicated personnel to supervise the entire container loading process to guarantee transportation safety.
